PASSENGER DOOR CONVERSION
The APEXX SmartEntry™ System — a front-mounted, automated passenger entry solution designed to improve flow, unlock interior space, and enable higher-capacity Sprinter layouts.
By eliminating the traditional sliding-door entrance, SmartEntry reclaims a significant amount of otherwise wasted interior volume. The extra space makes it possible to deliver a true 21-seat configuration without narrowing aisles or compromising passenger comfort.
When paired with the factory 5,500 kg GVM upgrade (specified from new), the result is a higher-capacity Sprinter that remains properly engineered, well balanced, and ideally suited to premium tourism and PSV applications.
